About Me
Welcome!
I run Cool Site of the Day (coolsiteoftheday.com), help websites grow, and blog about all things related to Internet Marketing.
My specialties are search engine marketing (pay per click advertising or PPC) affiliate marketing, social media, and email list building. I’m listed in Website Magazine’s Who’s Who. I post my best free web tips in the “Must Read” section of my blog (see tab at the top of the blog) and I offer personal, one-on-one website consultations.
I’m also:
- A music junkie (see my band and other music videos on my YouTube channel)
- An outdoor/sports freak (tennis, cycling, jogging, baseball, kiteboarding, sailing, hiking)
- Disgusted with baseball’s pitch count…which led to me creating this site: http://www.stopthepitchcount.com
- Engaged in social action (Stop Violence Against Women, ONE.org) and the fight against cancer (visit my Relay For Life page).
Where It All Started:
In 1993, I was the first person to promote music on the Internet for the major record labels. After 5 years working for the music industry, I bought Cool Site of the Day (1998) and remain closely involved in the development of this popular web destination.
I have been quoted in several online and offline publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal and am available for website consultations, interviews and speaking engagements.
