I have a caffeine problem; I love coffee but after a few days/week of drinking (falling off the wagon) I get terrible, migraine-like headaches. So, with the help of this site, I’m going to try to regulate how much caffeine I ingest. Starting today, every morning I’ll be drinking a tall Starbucks Americano (2 shots of espresso; 150 mg caffeine). Thanks for reading.
