What’s the single biggest challenge keeping you from creating the online success you deserve?

by Mike Corso on May 14, 2009

I was looking at the number of drafts of blog posts (as in, unfinished) that I’ve written and the number is out of control: 47.  That means, over the past few months I’ve started (and not finished) 47 blog posts.  Unconscionable.  Believe me, every one of them is filled with useful tips related to running an online business.

So here’s what I’ve decided….

I’M GOING TO LET YOU TELL ME WHAT TO BLOG ABOUT.

That’s it, I’ve created this short poll for you to complete.  The number of responses for each topic will dictate which unfinished blog posts are going to get finished first (expect at least one or two a week).

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Mike

I'm especially interested in video marketing as I've had some success with this already. Also interested in scripts to automate work. Good poll!

Having to pay for the outrageous cost of advertising. everybody wants to sell you their advertising space and a help topic tied into it, I do not need anymore education on the internet or buy anymore help. we should not have to buy into anything that we really do not need, everything is in a bundle now, you cannot just pick what you need and not get just that, you have to pick this and that and all this extra stuff comes with. it is really aggravating. Do not get me started on the monthly service charges, taxes, and hidden fees they don't tell you about.

Hey. How about posting some of those unfinished articles on my blog. :)

They'll surely come in handy.

Affiliate Programs – aaaggghh!! I get the idea, and I'm signed up with some high quality programs, with no results. I understand the basics but I can't help but think I'm totally missing the point. If I already had massive traffic and a huge email list, of course, the idea is I get commissions on sales when my visitors click banners on my site that match my site content… BUT, the affiliate programs say they can also help me GET traffic, even though most I've seen forbid any unauthorized use of their names, as in metatag keywords. If I can only use the banners themselves – how does this help me get additional traffic? Then I notice that ALL the viral, spam emails people forward around the internet with cute dogs, etc. seem to have totally unrelated affiliate links at the bottom. This seems to violate the affiliate terms of service I've read. but again, I admit I'm obviously not understanding this. So, Mike, I guess you can see why I voted for you to finish your Affiliate Programs blog first… PLEASE!! Dg
